Re-New Member Geoff Topping

First Vice-President Ian Smith hands new member Geoff Topping his certificate with the four-way test while Geoff's proposer, Clare Rennie looks on. Geoff became a member the first time in 2005 but had to resign in 2007-2008 because of work pressures. He rejoined last Friday with the classification Transportation-Trucking.
