-Update an accurate Club member information database for 2008/09.
-Produce the Roster annually in a timely fashion.
-Store all data digitally in a secure state, including pictures in camera ready file for printing.
-Distribute the Roster to all Club members.

New Member Tom Maher

New member Tom Maher (right) was welcomed by his prpoposer Paul Truex, first vice-president Ian Smith and the rest of those present at yesterday's meeting. Tom was a member of the ROG before; he retired in 2007 from McNeill Consumer Products and will have more time available to devote to Rotary.
