Committees in our club

International - International Service Development:
-Respond to student requests for travel funds to work with short-term development projects overseas or Native communities in Canada.
-Receive requests for new projects and liaise with the appropriate international committee or, in the case of ones from South America, the Caribbean and Canadian Native communities, initiate appropriate response and/or project development.
-Assist the Club in responding to disasters abroad.

Westwood P.S. Students Talk About Power of Positive Choices

Westwood P.S. Blythe Boyd (left) and Aime Nodwell, student members of the organizing committee of the Power of Positive Choices symposiun, talked about their work in preparation of last year's event; selecting speakers, gifts for the speakers, designing t-shirts. Both Blythe and Aime spoke about how much they learned from the experience.
