Committees in our club

Fundraising - Corporate Coordinating :
-Develop and maintain a coordinated fund-raising strategy and implementation plan to ensure continuing corporate sponsorship to meet the service commitments of the Club for both local and international projects.
-Maintain a Corporate Sponsor Package and a Computerized Sponsorship Data Base of all sponsors for all fundraising events of the Club including historical dollar amounts and both direct and Ain kind@ support.
-Develop and maintain a fundraising strategy to generate sponsorships.
-Provide a coordinated approach in seeking sponsors for all Club fundraising events.
-Put in place and maintain a protocol to recognize and thank sponsors/donors through a Corporate Sponsorship Display for all Rotary events. A standardized Recognition Plaque for corporate sponsors will be put in place.
-Provide training for fundraisers.
-Solicit major sponsors once per year
-Maintain a fundraising team

Dream Home 2010 Kick-Off

David Worthen, Chair of the 2010 Dream Home Committee introduced his team who introduced several aspects of the 2010 Dream Home campaign. The home is located at 77 Amsterdam Crescent, close to last year's Dream Home. Again, the home is being built by Terra View Homes. The beautiful house features 2884 sq.ft. of finished living space, including a unique finished attic with balcony and wired for an entertainment centre. The home is valued at $ 543,000.
The Club will sell a maximum of 8500 tickets each costing $ 100, or 3 for $ 250. There will be a lot of emphasis on marketing through e-mail.
