Environmental Committee Reports

Mr. Martin Neumann of the Grand River Conservation Authority complemented the Rotary Club of Guelph on the work it was doing creating the Rotary Forest, returning 100 acres of farmland back into forest thus increasing the tree canopy cover in the Grand River basin considerably. Since Guelph initiated the project other Rotary clubs in the Grand River basin are carrying out or planning similar projects.
