Club - Rotary Information : -Facilitate communications within the Club with respect to Club and RI matters of interest.
-Organize the Annual Firesides with topics provided by the first Vice President and the Board.
-Prepare brochures and other material as needed from time to time.
-Assist the Membership Committee in the integration of new members.
-Ensure the Club=s compliance with the APersonal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act@ (PIPEDA).
-Develop a Code of Conduct.

Environmental Committee Reports
Posted on Monday, April 26th 2010    Clare Rennie gave a short report on the Rotary Forest and Earth Day event, the planning of which started in 2007. A proposal was presented to the Board in 2007, approved, and planning for this 12-year project to create a 100-acre Rotary Forest on GRCA land near the City's north boundary. The first event took place April 26, 2008, the second in 2009 and Clare expected another successful event tomorrow.
The Rotary Forest project is one of the major projects of the Environment Committee.
